  • 7. How do I book my child in?

There are a couple of options to book your swimmer in:

Call our offices and allow a friendly Customer Service member to enrol your swimmer

    Email us at werribee@brightwaves.com.au

    Email us at westmeadows@brightwaves.com.au

Or simply go to the contact us page on the website and send through your enquiry

  • 8. Do I need an assessment before booking?

There is no need to come in and complete an 'in water' assessment. Customers will complete a self-assessment using our certificate levels as a guide. Often as carer's we have a fairly good understanding of where our swimmer is at, however if you are unsure feel free to give us a call and we can support you through the decision.

  • 9. Tarneit Swim School

Previously due to open in 2020 however with the impact of Covid we were required to slow this project down.

We are now progressing with this project and are very excited to be adding Tarneit to our family.

There are a number of steps to take in the process and when we have updates we will share them with you via our email registration list.

Until then if you would like to join our Werribee or Westmeadows venue we would love to see you there.

  • 10. What to bring to my first lesson

Learn to swim - Swimmer will be required to bring bathers, goggles and a towel. Children who are not fully toilet trained are required to wear a swim nappy

Beginner with Carer - regardless of their level of toilet training children are required to wear a swim nappy, this means a child will need to wear a snug fitting waterproof disposable swim nappy or a snug fitting reusable swim nappy.
Parents are required to wear a t-shirt/polo shirt over your swim wear. The children use the t-shirt to grab onto which is an important part of their water safety training.
There is limited space in the facilities, so we ask that, where possible, please leave your prams in the car.
